Katie is a fantastic PT. I had lost all of my confidence to exercise or go to the gym after having my first daughter and Katie encouraged me, pushed me, but also worked at my pace to build up my strength and get me back in shape- I have been training with her ever since- all the way into my second pregnancy! She has kept me strong through this one. Katie is incredibly motivating and really keeps my interest by teaching me new things all the time. I never knew I would enjoy the variety of training we do from weight training, to HIIT training and more recently strength training to help me through pregnancy and labour. Katie comes very highly recommended by me and my family who also get trained by her!
I would highly recommend KCFitness. Katie has been incredibly encouraging throughout my fitness journey. Having put on 2 stone of baby weight and become frustratingly unfit Katie helped make it possible to exercise at a pace I could manage but gently pushed and encouraged to get the maximum out of our sessions. She has tailor made sessions to work around me baby wearing and pushing a buggy and even worn my child so I could get a better work out! I'm now back to my pre-baby weight but with better fitness- thank you, without your support I would not have achieved my goals. You must try her work outs!
